«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. »

«The instructions for check in were accurate and easy to follow, however, in the instructions it said I could ask for a later check out and when I did, I did not get a response. The place was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the lake. I was sad that the restaurant wasn't open while I was there. The breakfast was a delicious muffin with a granola bar, an apple and a rice crispy square. It was fine for me.»

For the cost of a stay, which also included an addition fee of $27 a night for onsite parking, the quality of the breakfast was not even as good as you would get at a much cheaper hotel, based on personal experience.
