«I was at Spirit Ridge for a quick ladies get away. It's not the first time that we had been there. It's so nice to have friendly staff help you out when you need something. The pool is amazing at 30 degrees, and the hot tub is a welcome feature is as well. The rooms are always clean with everything you need in the kitchen. The town of Osoyoos is really cute, and you have to go to the Home Hardware store to see it's amazing amount of cute options; so much more than a hardware store. »

«We stayed a week in mid March. The room we initially stayed in was on level 4 but right at the end of the building, next to the Cahility. The music from next door started early at around 8am and went until 9:30pm. It was loud enough to hear it through the closed windows. On day 2 we asked to be moved, which the staff were happy to help. They were great, no arguments or additional charges. So overall it was a great stay.»

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
