«Everything was very good apart from there was no hot water and we were unable to have showers or get a hot wash on the day of our arrival which was not good after 8hrs of traveling. It was fixed the following morning. We thought BW might have reduced our room rate as a goodwill gesture but no.»

«Staying a few nights would have liked the house keeping to make beds and vacuum after two days and wipe down surfaces not just change towels. We pay a full rate every night so we should have room cleaning services.
Waffle maker needs new cooking spray that ‘works’ so the waffle doesn’t stick every time.
The hotel was very nice and nice service loved the hot tub and pool»

«Parking was good and easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Bed wasn't the comfiest, little to hard for me but my husband found it fine. Overall its an older motel, many rooms updated. Some items like coffee table and chairs need an update but nothing that would the stay bad. Still could be a bit cleaner, floor corners were dusty.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean (especially the bathroom, which I greatly appreciate), and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast were excellent. They were constantly cleaning up tables, making sure the food was stocked. All in all, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Kelowna.»
