«We could not stay at this condo due to the active wildfire, highway closure and hazardous smoke. We tried to cancel 2 days before check in as we left the Penticton area early to allow evacuees to occupy our room, but this host refused a partial refund or cancellation, showing zero flexibility.

Frustrated by the total lack of ...

«Property is very nice . Ski in-out very convenient. Very clean . Part of a larger townhouse with very little soundproofing though so very noisy from family upstairs and a hot tub maybe ? My only real complaint was that I don’t believe that the ad mentioned that there is no guaranteed parking which costs an extra 20 /day and a walk if you don’t get a parking space which we couldn’t for first 5 nights»
