«Beautiful property In an awesome complex. The host was very communicative and responsive. The amenities are fantastic for families. It’s a drive out of Kelowna for sure (about 40 mins on a winding road) but you have everything you need there. There’s a water park, pools, park and tennis etc. the condo was spacious and has a fantastic view. The only thing I would recommend is that - if you want to book a golf buggy from the strata office, do it sooner rather than later because they get booked up ...

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
