«Wonderful staff!! Snacks and coffee, tea in the reception at all times. Great rooms.
We had a wonderful time.
Only drawback- the AC in hallway and lobby is on all the time and it is cold........ but that's NY for you everywhere.»

«Very friendly staff, 24h open well equipped gym, spacious rooms, very clean, great location. Varm and relaxed atmosphere. Super food choices with in-room dining and in 2nd floor the excellent Ai Fiori restaurant. Had a great stay, and will book again. Recommended. »

«The hotel itself has been newly renovated. I got a nice big room, with a very nice bed and the bathroom was super nice. Everything was really clean, and the room was tidied everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The one negative thing was that the room was quite noisy (I had a room on the 8th floor, to the back). Even if I turned off the AC, there was a kind of bouldering brown noise sound coming from outside. The hotel had a technician come look at it, and the closed the windows, but it ...

«The hotel is centrally located in Meatpacking. But this is probably the hotel I've stayed in that has the smallest room (shaped like a cabin, hence the name) and an even smaller bathroom/wc.
