«The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh»

«There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo.»

«Perfect spot for those that don’t enjoy large crowds! Quiet and cute little neighborhood and still plenty to do on a cold windy rainy weekend. Lots of wine tasting! Only thing we would have enjoyed more was a TV to watch the U of M game! The pub closes at 9 in the fall! Other than that it was perfect. Clean and Karen was very attentive! We would love to come back some day!»

The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location.
