«The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible.»

«There is a parking ramp right next to it, so your car isn’t out in the open and there is plenty of parking. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They have a wider variety of food for breakfast. We left for home before 6:00 and the gal at the restaurant asked if we wanted any breakfast even though it officially didn’t start until 6:30. The rooms were quiet too.»

«I arrived at the property at 10:30 pm, the parking lot had police cars with lights on and talking to groups of people. I went inside the lobby to check in and was told that my reservation was canceled. I had a reservation for three nights. She said she was sorry and that they had cancelled a lot of reservations and they were all locked up. So I went back out to my car to find another hotel for three nights last minute. When I left there were County Law Enforcement in the parking lot. ...

«It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar.»

«Everything was clean and in excellent shape. The room was spacious and comfortable.»

«The location was good and the place was fine and spacious and creatively decorated. But we were in a suite and there were no linens for the couch bed. I had to ask 4x over several hours before they finally brought them. We also had a problem with a fire alarm beeping and had to ask 3x to get it dealt with. Even after they replaced the battery, it began beeping again so we removed the battery ourselves.»

«We went there with friends to celebrate my husbands and friends birthday and when they knew about my husbands birthday they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. They surprised us in the room with complimentary dessert which was amazing! We had a really good time»
