Husbåter i The Carolinas

«It was a great place. We had a lot of fun. It was perfect and the club house was an extra bonus. The communication was smooth and timely.»

«The view is amazing»

«The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. «This is a great experience. The ultimate waterfront experience actually! Everything was easy. It rained a good bit while we were there and we enjoyed every minute of it. Very nice property. Clean. Exactly as pictured. No surprises. Impressive.»

«So much fun! We would definitely recommend and we plan on going back!»

«Host was amazing and the overall experience was great! Charming little boat and great atmosphere around the pier. Could have been a little cleaner.»

«There was a glitch in the scheduling(double booking ) with the computer, and our unit was switched but after talking with our hostess everything was straightened out we were all very pleased with the care taken to accommodate us .and the guys logan and Philip took us back and forth to the parking deck and to town for our breakfast even loaded things into our villa . great experience all around. «Great location and great property!»

«The property was fantastic - great communication, clean and wonderful location. It was a a very fun unique way for our family to visit Wilmington. Highly recommend staying here. »

«Great communication and neat experience.»

«Very nice Houseboat and well appointed. We loved the rooftop deck and ability to hear the music from Lulu’s across the ICW from the marina. One issue with unloading and loading the vehicle was the pretty long walk to the boat from parking. There’s a roadway right down to the dock but guests are unable to access that road. We stayed 1 night and it was a very nice stay just a couple procedures which are unique to the boating world!Thank you!»

«This was a great place and so convenient to the amphitheater for the concert we were attending. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely rent it again.»

«Staff was very helpful! Nice golf cart ride to & from parking garage & to restaurant downtown. Walking on the Riverwalk was pretty!»

«Even though it rain during our stay and we did not get the chance to get out much, the view from the boat house made up for it. The place was absolutely wonderful along with the host and staff. We are planning another trip next year.»

«Everything was perfect except the weather. But we had more time to enjoy the houseboats!»
