«This property is very nice. It's perfect for family and kids. It has a relaxing vacation feel. It's close to restaurants and stores. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach by a paved bike path. The rooms were very clean. However, the last night there one of the bedrooms had termites swarm in that room and my son had 12 termites in his bed and had about 20 or more in the room and bathroom. The staff checked it out to make sure it was termites and not something worse. They offered to come ...

«Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!»

«The pool was closed due to health dept problems; we found out from a resident there. The property gave no warning prior it would be closed and no explanation. They offered no discount for this. We arrived after 5 and us reached out prior to coming to see what the procedure was if you arrived late. No one responded. «Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return.»
