«We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk.»

The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again.»

«The property was probably the cleanest of all the homes ive ever vacationed to. We were in myrtle beach for a dance competition for our daughter's school dance team....the attention to detail Simone (and Alistair) put into personalizing the home for us was amazing and made us feel special....cant say enough about our time there.»

«Love the place and Naomi was great to work with. Only issue and not a big deal, remodeling on the house next to us so there was building materials and contractor trash on that side of the house. But in all honesty, had no impact to our stay. Location for us was perfect.»

«House is located in a quiet neighborhood but it is only 10-15 minutes to downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay here. We also brought our golden doodle Ollie and he enjoyed the backyard.»

«We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!»

«We stayed for a week. It was comfortable and all appliances and the tv were in good working order. Handy walk to several restaurants and a grocery store.»

«Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach.»

«4th year we have stayed here. My sister from Maine & my daughter and i had 14 days of beautiful view, the breezy warm weather. We love lookingat the pier at night with the lights over the water. The beach is peaceful also. A few people walking dogs, some small groups sitting out. We love looking for unique shells! We are planning next years visit here.»

«I had asked for a room higher up fir the view. They put me on the 2nd floor with the pool right outside my patio and the parking lot and pool pumps on the other side. Loud was an understatement. The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor. We had no kids with us and booked months in advance. Just not sure why we were put on the 2nd floor to begin with. We ...
