Great location, just across he road from the beach. The room was kept clean and tidy. Considering the very reasonable daily rates, the breakfast is also good value. And the staff are so helpful and welcoming!

Great location and clean, but a big disappointment if you care about the gym. ​The hotel location is perfect. It is very close to the beach and right near all the local life. The whole place is clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. ​However, the gym was a major drawback if you like lifting weights. I found it quite strange that there was so little equipment available, and the few weights they had were in really bad shape. The gym was actually so poor that I would not stay here again for that reason alone. ​If you do not need a workout space, this hotel has everything you need. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere.

The staff faced significant language barriers, which made communication difficult. The breakfast buffet was geared almost exclusively toward Asian guests, with limited options catering to international tastes. During our stay, both the gaming room and the sky bar were closed. Housekeeping fell well below expectations. The bed linen was not changed, and there was still sand on the floor even after the room had been cleaned twice. There was also a severe shortage of sun loungers at both the beach and the pool, making it difficult to find a place to relax. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star property, particularly from a European perspective, although expectations and standards may differ in this region
