We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, and what truly made our stay pleasant was the staff. They are absolutely the hotel’s greatest asset and consistently go above and beyond for guests. I can’t remember all the names, but I want to sincerely thank each and every one of them, with a special mention to Hoa, the hotel manager, whose leadership and kindness really stand out.
Unfortunately, aside from the staff, the hotel itself is far from a 5-star standard. I would realistically rate it as a 3-star hotel. The location is very remote—essentially in the middle of nowhere. Every place you want to visit requires either a Grab (taxi) or the free shuttle bus to Hoi An, which takes about 25 minutes. The shuttle is a very nice and convenient option, but the distance is still a drawback.
The spa was a highlight of our stay. I had three massages, and all of them were excellent—professional, relaxing, and high quality.
The hotel could also greatly improve its cleaning standards. Due to the high humidity, all of our clothes ended up smelling bad, which was uncomfortable and disappointing during such a long stay.
Breakfast was another weak point. The breakfast selection is quite poor, especially for longer stays. My 13-year-old daughter struggled with the very limited buffet options for kids, which made mornings frustrating and repetitive.
In summary, while the staff and spa are outstanding, the hotel’s cleanliness, food quality, location, and overall facilities do not reflect a 5-star
