«Great stay! The staff is great and the facilities are very clean. It's so good that we stay here every time we visit our parents, and that is practically every month. Don't be put off by the construction around the area. The hotel is very safe. We tried other hotels in the area and many were just too dirty and not well kept for us. We love this hotel. Big rooms. «I have no idea why this hotel is rated so well at an 8. It is very dirty and it looks like the hallways have literally never been vacuumed. Our hallway had a terrible smell. The room was clean enough, but I would never stay here again.»

«Check in was easy, however, the staff was rude. If you need towels or new sheets, I was told I would have to bring my dirty stuff to the front desk and they will do a swap - towel for towel etc. Our mattress was on the floor, it was a very rundown gross place. This is a long term stay place, not a weekend getaway. Will not stay here again, and do not recommend.»

«We had a very comfortable stay with toddlers in tow! The breakfast was actually tasty and has actually variety! Ice and water was available. Parking felt safe as it was in a gated area. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. There was extra bedding.
Thee lobby and dining area was very hot…not sure why. So that was uncomfortable, but the room felt fine. (Hopefully that gets resolved as the summer peaks)
The tidy was tidy. BUT: Corners of the room had debris and hair that I know ...

«Nice room layout, they had internet issues so we had to be escorted to our room every time we needed in. We decided not to swim because of that issue. Things happen so we just tried to roll with it but it was inconvenient and disappointing. It was resolved about 1.5 before check out.»
