«Everything was above average other than malfunctioning elevators on the last two days, and a bartender who was less than courteous. »

«No hot tub, first room had obvious leak and mold at a place with multiple repairs so it is a known problem. The room was unfit. Second room had no hair dryer and sofa bed was just springs. Terribly uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and sweet, friendly but professional. Breakfast was ok for being included. »

«The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Near major freeways. Rooms are suites. Free parking and hot breakfast. Staff is always friendly and offer to help with restaurant suggestions. »

«Room wasn't much nicer than other hotel rooms that are cheaper, sink would hardly drain, had some tears in the bedding, no free breakfast nor free wi-fi»

«arriving 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the hot buffett and coffee were empty. We were told 5 more minutes multiple times and still only part of it was refilled. We were never able to get eggs or coffee. I typically love Embassy suites, but this visit was very disappointing. »

«Everything and everyone was great except pool area! It was extremely hot to be in there ac or I do t know what was not working in there but it was super humid it was honestly like a sauna!!! We lasted 30 min and my kids left crying but it was just impossible to be in there. »

«Old property old rooms, weird smell so they put air freshener in room thy mix with funk and produce a new smell that is not pleasant. Rough area so not pay more than 100.. it’s a 50 Motel. It is the same as a Motel 6. Some Motel 6 are better. Go there only if you need to sleep and get up. Not for pleasure and relaxation »

«Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and ...

«Staff are good people. However I have been extending my stay and I was told I would get my refund back and have yet to get it. Bank said transaction details don’t exist from what was reported. Moral of the story pay attention. I’m rightfully due my refund.»
