«Ben was an amazing host. Playa Avellanas is very rural, and Ben guided us in right to his gate, no problem. Ben is super attentive, and was checking in with us frequently. He saved us a lot of money with his spot on recommendations regarding excursions and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach, and the beach are amazing. Restaurants in the area - off the charts!»

«My friend and I spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, games, chilling. The pool is amazing and Marian is an exceptional host, easy to communicate with and going over and above the necessary required. The highlight was the monkeys, who moved through the field in behind a couple of times and gave us some great viewing opportunities. Definetly recommend. »

«The house is beautiful as is the pool. Pool is cold as it is further away from the water and the nights are cooler. Hearing the howling monkeys early in the morning was amazing. They didn’t wake us. We are just early birds. The construction next door would’ve been nice to know about. Definitely felt a lack of privacy due to that and due to the cameras ALL over the backyard (4 seen). A bit excessive for my liking and felt a bit intrusive to be honest. Safety is one thing…I get that. It was hard ...

«Nathalie and her husband are super gracious and attentive hosts. The accommodations were excellent. The welcome from Howler monkeys in the trees, was a welcome treat!! There are breathtaking views and it is a secluded and secure property. They have put a lot of love and hard work into making this gorgeous retreat.The breakfast was yummy and there is a restaurant nearby that had amazing service and good food.
