«Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut. Luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das einzige Manko war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist. Somit war er unbrauchbar für uns. Das Wasser war für die Jahreszeit (Oktober) zu kalt zum Baden. Aber laut Betreiber sollen nächstes Jahr ein Teil der Pools mit Wärmepumpen ausgestattet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war ebenfalls sehr gut. Er ging auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Der Standort ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es handelt sich um ein ...

«Such an amazing property with a great owner and management. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Blackout shades in bedrooms that work with buttons was an added bonus so we can get good sleep. All amenities were provided by management and they were all perfect including breakfast items. Having laundry in the Villa was also an added bonus. Close proximity to the beach was huge. New pool on the rooftop was spectacular. What more could you want?»

«Trash, dirty dishes in the sink, dirt and leaves on the floors upstairs and down, bugs inside the flimsy excuses for window screens dis nothing to halt—I could go on sadly. The place was absolutely filthy and the second half of the property was under construction. The location and the views are magnificent but cannot make up for a lack of cleanliness well below third world hostels and war zone barracks I have slept in. Will be a nice place to spend a holiday if completely gutted, and sanitized. »

"Me, my wife, and our five months old son had a wonderful stay at Knossos. We stayed in a suite with sea view, which was beautiful and spacious, and included a beach cabana, which is convenient when travelling with an infant to avoid sun exposure while playing at the beach. The hotel area is beautiful and quiet, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent with a variety of local dishes in addition to more generic choices. And finally, all of the staff (receptionists, waitresses, cleaners…) were so kind, attentive, and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome and safe. Thank you!"

"Fantastisk hotell. Everything was just awesome. It was like staying in a little village, they had everything inside the perimeter. All you can eat, drink etc. shops, outdoor activities, playgrounds pools for the kids. Beautiful view to the sunset/sunrise. Big pool Olympic size, smaller pools. The staff all over the place was amazing and service minded "
