"This hotel has scored high, and for its level of comfort and cleanliness, understandably so - despite being a little soulless in terms of furnishings. What lets it down is the highly disappointing breakfast: in my opinion it could have just taken this off the list of amenities and been like many other hotels in Iraklion, ie offering no breakfast at all. From the high rating this hotel has received our expectations were also high - but breakfast was embarrassingly poor. Square sliced bread and supermarket rolls, cold eggs and a limited choice of other items, all served in the cafe next door made this a rough experience. This would be fitting for a 2 star hotel, but not for one receiving such high ratings. But beds and shower were very good, and also the level of noise in the hotel."

"Veldig flott hotell. Vi var bare en natt og fikk oppgradert rommet kosnadsfritt til større rom med sjøutsikt. Frokosten var god og all betjeningen var blide og hjelpsomme."
