«The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. «Beautiful hotel in ubud. We had 3 days at the hotel. The hotel offers a good breakfast, shuttle bus to the city center and also tours with fantastic guide and drivers. We were so lucky that we got Gede as our driver. He made the stay at Vije perfect! He was serviceminded and also a really good photographer. We recommend it to others.»

«Ubud Heaven Sayan is a great property. The villas are really great and clean, and the private pool is very inviting. As other guests have explained, there's still trouble with the adress of Sayan Villas. When shown on maps, it seems like Sayan Villas is at the same location as Penestanan Villas. We ended up at the wrong location and were taken to Sayan Villas by motorbike. Ok for us, but maybe not ok for all travellers. The staff at the Villas are very polite and eager to give good service. «Had a lovely stay at Anggira, we loved using the pool! The rooms were well set up and kitchenette was handy (got takeaways via Gojek a few times so we didn’t have to leave)! It is down a long alleyway without car access (we managed easily with a 2 year old though). Staff are incredible, and food was great. »
