My villa( the Ayana) was actually better looking in person. The pool was much bigger than I had expected. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, and well taken care of.

This villa was absolutely beautiful!! The surrounding, the nature and the relaxing atmosphere. And the service of the team of magical villa Bali was really amazing. So we want to give the biggest compliments to this team and next time we are in Bali we will defintely visit you again!!

Stayed three nights with my family and left wanting more time. The villa is beautiful, the service is quick and warm, and the staff looked after all seven of us without a single hiccup. We will be back.

빌라에서 조금만 걸어나가면 마사지 슈퍼등이 있어요. 주변에 ATV가 많아서 직접 업체를 고를수 있어요. 직원들이 너무 친절해요. 빌라 보증금은 현금이니 참고하세요.

This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

Villa was exactly as pictured. Great staff from start to finish. Host was very responsive and quick. Villa staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, responding quickly to any questions given in group chat. Driver (Agund) AMAZING!!!! The entire team was perfect and made my birthday vacation one to remember... BOOK BOOK BOOK. Everything in one place. Lovely home, personal driver, chef, cleaning staff and not too far from everythign you want to do.

Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted one immediately and then enquired about his wellbeing the next day. The breakfasts were delicious cooked both by the villa staff and the chef. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa was exceptional. We stayed in Villa Cendana which has 4 double bedrooms. The property is only 3 months old and is spotless. The dining areas inside and outside are great for entertaining and the lounge and outside sofas are beautiful. The private pool is huge about 12 metres by 4-5m, which is much bigger than we were expecting. The staff are so thorough and made sure that we were incredibly well looked after. They helped us with directions to the local laundry and how to operate the washing machine in the property, and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We took up the daily breakfasts by the villa hosts and it was great, and really good value. We also used the private Chef for a bbq and again the quality was very very high. Our group used the massage service that only needs 2 hours notice, and they set up in one of the bedrooms or out on the terrace. The property is well placed, south of Ubud and withing 30 mins of most things in a Grab taxi. There are 2 good coffee shops and bakeries nearby if you don't want breakfast in the villa. All the rooms have smart TVs and there is fast WiFi too. We were a party of 7. 4 adults and 3 kids 4-7 and it was perfect for our group. Can't recommend this villa enough. Thank you for a great stay.
