Easy check in process. Elevator is high-tech and see through window onto city. Room is decent size. Pillows too soft and need almost 3 of them to make an equivalent of one. Towel kind of beat up. Furniture in common spaces looks dated and not very comfortable. Gym is small but has all basics with towels and water bottles. Pool was closed and so was the rooftop lounge

As for my information it all was fixed in a timely manner. Rest assured, we have already taken steps to rectify these issues to prevent any recurrence in the future.Regarding the matter of your room not being made up at the end of the day, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. Upon investigating, we found that a "Do Not Disturb" sign was placed on your door, indicating to our housekeeping team not to enter the room. Nevertheless, we understand your disappointment and frustration, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this regard.In response to your concerns, we have already provided a gesture as a token of our apology for the inconvenience you experienced. L’hôtel est top mais ils essaient trop de faire payer des choses en plus. Sur plusieurs points ils ont, pour moi, essayé de nous arnaquer et on a dû se battre. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs clients ayant eu les mêmes problèmes.

highly recommended
Great hotel and highly recommended. My first room was a low floor with city view. Had to switch to a higher floor to get a decent beach view. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

Great Choice on The Beach
Enjoyed our stay in Tel Aviv. The hotel is in a great spot on the beach. Easy to get anywhere. Breakfast was top quality. Best we had in all of Israel. Hotel flowers were exquisite. Best of all, the staff is excellent. 5star service every step of the way. Front desk, housekeeping, restaurant employees all fantastic, go out of their way to be sure all is well. The Bellboys are superb! BUT…what made our stay most enjoyable was the doorman, Hessel. A true gem to find these days. Above and beyond his duties, he is the best employee Ive ecountered at any Kempinski in the world. Well Done! Would stay here again anytime!

Disapointing
A few weeks ago we stayed for the first time in this hotel and we had a great time, everything was amazing. So we went again for Yom Ha'atzmaut and maybe that's the reason why this stay was disappointing but we were very disappointed. The service was terrible. I don't have any other way to describe it. The breakfast was very poor, in the lounge, and the staff in full width, was very bad.

needs a lot of improvement
The opening of the door of the bathroom doesn't make sense. the opening of the shower door also doesn't make sense. there is a lot of dust in the window sills outside of the room. the breakfast is very boring with zero creativity. in the last day we tried to enter the room but the key was not working. After going to the front desk and they accused us (very rude) that we put the key near the phone which was not true! than they gave us another key and again it didn't open our room. Than they came with us with the master and still it didn't work. at the end after 45 minutes they opened the door with a regular key (we almost missed our flight). Overall our experience was unpleasant.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Regarding the key, we did face some issues that day with our system because of the clock change. Of course, there is no excuse and our guests should never suffer from it, but we tried our best to resolve it as fast as we can. I am really sorry for this situation. Moreover, the behavior of the front desk as you describe it should never be possible in a luxury hotel. Let me assure you that we will provide an extra training to our staff. As for breakfast, we appreciate your feedback, and we will take it into consideration, although some guests called our breakfast one of the best on the Tel Aviv coast. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, and we will try our best to accommodate them. Regarding the dust, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are trying to maintain the cleanliness of outside windows on the highest level. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. All good except our suite was not ready
All good except that our suite was not ready when we arrived despite arriving 3 hours past the checkin time. Also opposite the beach so very convenient. Very happy with the service and the hotel is wonderful, would recommend.
