It's was ok for 1 night, the location is fantastic and the price is pretty cheap. But you should note that the condition and the cleanliness of the rooms is bad.

good location
The Hotel is in the heart of Tel Aviv and is in a very good location. I booked the suit with the Jacuzzi on photo the room looks different. so be carful when you see some images. the hotel do not have lift and 3 floors with the luggage's needs to get them up in your hands. but overall for 2 nights was good.

Floor caused tripping. Wasn’t shown how to work the coffee machine and the employee didn’t know how. No extra blanket available. Shower doors couldn’t close. Door to Spa off room difficult to open and only opened partially. Night employee was very nice and told us where to park.

O hotel não é como esperávamos. Não há recepção 24h. Muitas vezes não há ninguém na recepção, o que ocasionou a perda de um café da manhã, pois no local pediram um papel do hotel e não havia quem now fornecesse. O quarto não está bem cuidado e não há isolamento acústico para a rua. Além disso, o quarto não é como está nas fotos. Por outro lado, e a cama é confortável e a localização do Hotel é boa

Great quality excellent location!
The room was top quality. You can tell there was a lot of effort designing the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy online. In the room we had an espresso machine. There is a small shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee and tea and also cookies which was a nice morning snack. Location is amazing!!! In the middle of Neve Tzedek very walkable and easy. Overall we enjoyed a lot!

My husband and I have allergies and the smell of mold was unbearable. It was horrible and we had to leave, we didn't stay in this terrible place. We want our money to come back.

Great stay!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean with a lamp, plug and 2 usbs per person and we had a full length mirror which is really rare in most hostels! Hand soap, shampoo and towels were provided also in our private room and we were given fresh towels every couple of days. The roof terrace was a favourite for us. We spent a lot of time up there in the evenings after long days out exploring. It has fabulous views. Whilst this place was probably a 5 minute walk from the beach and places near center, on exploring we found it was close to things such as the TLV Mall and Sarona food market (which we loved!) The staff were really friendly and helpful

I would never stay here again.
First the details said balcony and laundry facilities. We wanted both and got neither. They make sure to state that your price is non-refundable. So after booking four day stay and getting there to find out we were in a dark, basement like room with dirty towels and a bad smell, we decided to move to a different hotel. I was fine paying for 2 nights but thought they should refund the other two. They didn't even respond to multiple emails after the desk person told us we should email the request. The pictures are really not what you get. I don't know how this hotel gets such high marks. It is cheap but you don't even get your monies worth.

Wonderful experience.
Everything was amazing! The check-in by Alexander, I think, was excellent. He gave us one of our rooms just after 11am, for which I am eternally grateful! The beds were so comfortable, excellent bathroom facilities. Great location, everywhere is within easy reach. The staff were all truly wonderful. I was very impressed. can’t wait to stay here again.

Pictures are nothing like reality
Very disappointing. The pictures shown on Expedia were nothing like reality. We were charged $165/night and after check in saw that the price for the room on Expedia was $107/night. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew and the room we had looked like a crypt- 2 small windows, both fully covered. We’ve decided to leave and asked for a refund for the second night but we did not even get a reply. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable.
