«Nice place to stay for a brief period. Place was dated, but was clean and useable. Food wasnt all that but it can pass. Staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again but they need to update the place a lttle more. Other than that thumbs up on the stay»

«I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. «Rock House was divine! Truly the Capri of the Carribbean. We had the private toom with its own pool and that was next level relaxation experience. The food: exquisite. The people: brilliantly attentive. Honest issue: breaker went iff on one circuit twice. Unsure why. But that was the only hiccup. We’ll keep going for a truly deep relaxation experience, we now delightfully call “manatee mode”!»

Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). «This place is really great. There's a complimentary beach shuttle that takes you to the beach and you can QR code your drink orders which they can deliver to you. Bike rentals (which are also complimentary) are also excellent. Staff will help you answer any questions you have about local places to visit. They will also book taxis for you if you request it. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! «The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.»
