Villetta Marika - Salento Reservation

Villetta Marika - Salento Reservation is located in Marina di Mancaversa, a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Gallipoli.
The house consists of a large living room with TV and sofa with ceiling fan, a kitchenette equipped with all the tools and appliances useful for preparing meals, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk bed, one with two single beds plus a bunk bed and another double bedroom, two bathrooms, one complete with shower box, another external with shower box and toilet.
The villa has a large back porch equipped with garden furniture, a sink, washing machine and wood-burning barbecue. On the front there is ample space with parking space.
It also has Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, alarm system and anti-theft.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8 .
