«The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. «Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day. ...
