When we entered at the front desk, the smell was horrible ( waste, sewage)etc…). That spread th the second floor by the following morning ( floor we were on)
Then the day before we were checking out, our room keys were deactivated, had to straighten that out
Last, we were having an issue with the television remote, called the front desk for batteries, they had my husband come down. They told him they would contact maintenance, I few minutes later , maintenance showed up, said” no speak English” stood in front of the tv, hit the buttons and it worked, tried to tell him it doesn’t work from 10 feet away, needs batteries, AGAIN” no speak English!!!”
Needless to say, very unsatisfactory stay
