The Wi-Fi was terrible in the room, in and out every few seconds and i was trying to work..every day under the circumstances for 9 days, and in the reception area were saying they will rebooted it and reset it to, also a staff member suggested to me to take my lap top and come to the lobby to work...unacceptable!!! The room was small and
I had to tell the cleaning crew to vacuum and mop...and change my sheets..?
AC was working well, but the pool was closed and temperatures were 85 to 90°
Breakfast was ok, to 9:30 am, but the staff were rushing starting preparing to close at 9:20...
For two days we didnt have hot water, no one notified the guests, and the last comment is that the buttons on the phone in the room that shows, front desk, emergency, house keeping etc, weren't working, and again, the staff didnt notify the guests to use the 0 to contact front desk etc., horrible experience, I wouldnt recommend it, for almost $ 200 a night, I felt I was in a Motel....
