Large two-storey house in a quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac, comfortable and functional, with an indoor swimming pool, ideal for family holidays or time with friends. Spacious and well-organised, it offers a pleasant setting to gather together and make the most of your stay.

Fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living area: refrigerator, freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...

Spacious and welcoming living area with dining space and lounge corner, TV and WiFi.



4 bedrooms:

• 3 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and WC

• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds of 90 cm



1 shower room and 1 independent toilet.



Housing asset: covered swimming pool and large openings giving directly onto the outside allowing you to have lunch sheltered, you will enjoy a magnificent quiet garden, completely enclosed and tree-lined, several terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. A charcoal barbecue available for your outdoor meals.



Parking: you will be able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway.

🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker
