In the winter months, you’ll undoubtedly want to hit the slopes, and Northstar Resort, one of the area’s most popular ski destinations, is less than a 10-minute drive away. Keep heading north into Truckee for amazing shopping, dining, and entertainment options. You can surely fill up every one of your days exploring everything this area has to offer.



Staying true to its name, this unique home has been fully updated with modern features while keeping the spirit of this rugged California terrain alive. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room create an abundance of natural light within the space, highlighting an open living space with comfortable furnishings set underneath soaring vaulted wood ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen features all standard appliances and Keurig drip and single cup coffee maker, and is stocked with nearly every cookware and dining ware needed for full family meals. A generous kitchen island is perfect for food prep and serving meals alike, and three stools are on hand for quick, casual bites. Take formal meals at the chic dining room table with seating for 8. This room also offers access to the outdoor deck, where the included grill will delight and challenge the barbeque master in your group. Meals can be taken al fresco at the dining table with seating for 6.



A second living space with L-shaped sofa seating and a smart TV offers another space for entertainment where your group can spread out and never have to argue over what to watch. Any ping-pong enthusiasts in your group? Roll out the table in the garage for hours of competitive fun.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 1 twin over twin bunk bed and 1 full over queen bunk bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking is available for 2 small vehicles with 1 additional spaces in the driveway. No street parking.

• This home has a Ring camera system with a doorbell camera and camera pointed toward the driveway and back deck.

• 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months.
