Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Killarney Heights. This spacious, self-contained studio is attached to a modern family home but has its own separate entrance, giving you complete privacy while enjoying the convenience of a fantastic location.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking peaceful bushland, with shops, public transport, Chatswood and the Northern Beaches all within easy reach.

Perfect for couples, solo travellers, business guests or those relocating to the area, the studio is directly opposite Killarney Heights High School and just a short stroll to Killarney Village, where you`ll find cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and other local amenities. A bus stop is just moments away, with easy access to Chatswood, Sydney CBD and the Northern Beaches.

The balcony is shared with the main house, however your outdoor seating area is separate, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful bush outlook in privacy.

Free street parking is available directly outside the property.

A friendly cocker spaniel named Bailey lives in the main house. He`s gentle, curious and may wander over to say hello if he sees you outside.

If you`re visiting family, attending the local French bilingual school, relocating to Sydney, or simply looking for a peaceful base close to nature, beaches and the city, this studio offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and convenience.

Guests can access the property using a key stored in a secure lockbox. Detailed check-in instructions, including a lockbox code, will be sent two days before your arrival for a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.

We are available to answer any questions via the app or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Killarney Heights is well connected by car and public transport, making it easy to explore Sydney.

Sydney CBD: Around 25–35 minutes by car (outside peak hour), or take a bus to Chatswood and connect to the Metro or train for a convenient trip into the city.
Sydney Airport: Approximately 35–45 minutes by car. You can also travel by public transport via Chatswood and the Airport Line.
Northern Beaches: Beautiful beaches including Roseville Beach, Castle Cove, Middle Harbour, Manly, Dee Why and Curl Curl are all within a 15–25 minute drive.
Chatswood: Just 10 minutes by car or an easy bus ride, with excellent shopping, restaurants, cinemas and direct train and Metro services.
Public Transport: Regular buses operate along Starkey Street and Forestville Road, providing easy connections to Chatswood, the city and surrounding Northern Beaches suburbs.

A car is recommended if you`d like to explore the Northern Beaches and nearby national parks, but public transport is reliable for travelling to Chatswood and the Sydney CBD.

- Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick online verification through our Guest Portal.
- Once completed, you`ll receive your check-in instructions, digital house guide, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional fees).

During Your Stay
- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

A Few Housekeeping Notes
- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside or outside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm

Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
