One open-plan room with a queen bed and a double sofa bed - there is no separate bedroom. Parquet floors, a built-in wardrobe, blinds on the windows and free wifi throughout. The kitchen has a fridge and a freestanding oven with cooktop; the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.

THE SPACE
One open-plan room - there is no separate bedroom. A queen bed for two and a double sofa bed for another two, so the studio sleeps 4. Built-in wardrobe, parquet floors, blinds on the windows and free wifi throughout. The kitchen has a fridge and a freestanding oven with cooktop. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. There is no balcony.

GUEST ACCESS
The whole studio is yours for the length of your stay - the room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Nothing is shared with anyone else. Check-in details and entry instructions are sent ahead of your arrival, and the lock box code is messaged one hour before check-in.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Tucked into the heart of Bondi on Hall Street, the studio is close to cafes, shops and everyday conveniences, with the beach and the scenic Bondi to Coogee coastal walk a flat 2 minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Bondi is well served by bus routes into Sydney's CBD, and most local shops, cafes and the beach itself are within easy walking distance. Taxis and rideshares are readily available for trips further afield. From Sydney Airport, allow roughly thirty to forty minutes by car.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU BOOK
- There is no air conditioning and no heating in the studio.
- The studio sleeps 4: a queen bed and a double sofa bed, both in the one open-plan room. It is not a one-bedroom apartment and there is no separate sleeping area.
- There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment, and no laundry in the building. There is a laundromat directly across the road, about a 1 minute walk.
- There is no parking space with the apartment. Street parking directly outside is metered and time-limited. The nearest unrestricted parking is on Blair Street, about a 5 minute walk away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am, with self check-in by lock box so you can arrive at any hour.
No smoking, and no parties or events.
We are available by phone or message throughout your stay if you need anything, but otherwise we like to give guests their privacy to relax and enjoy the space.

Getting here: Sydney Airport (SYD) is about 13 km away - 25-40 minutes by taxi or Uber, typically A$60-85 depending on traffic, tolls and time of day. By public transport it is about A$20 - T8 Airport line to Central, change to the T4 towards Bondi Junction, then the 333 or 380 bus to Bondi Beach (60-90 minutes).

Check-in is from 3pm and we are not able to offer early check-in - the apartment is being cleaned right up to then. There is no latest arrival time, so you can arrive as late as you like. Entry is by lock box with a physical key inside, not a smart lock, and we send you the code, the floor and full directions before you arrive. Wi-Fi is included at around 25 Mbps.

There is no reception and nobody on site to meet you - check-in is entirely self-service. Please make sure you know which building, entrance and floor you are heading to before you travel, as no one can let you in on arrival. We send the exact address, the floor, where the lock box is and full directions in advance.
