The Space:

Featuring two queen bedrooms with built in robes and a separate study that has a queen sofa bed, this bright apartment comfortably sleeps six guests. The main bedroom on the loft also has an ensuite bathroom.



The bright open plan living area has a fully equip kitchen with 180-degree views and is the perfect spot to soak up the morning sunrise dancing on the water.



Slip into the crystal clear ocean - right in front of the apartment - where you will be refreshed and enthralled by the vibrant underwater life. Just steps away you’ll discover the iconic Fairy Bower Pool with panoramic views of the coastline, and/or the sheltered waters of nearby Shelly Beach. Surfers will covet views of popular breaks and time spend chasing waves at Manly Beach proper. The area was the birthplace of modern Australian surfing.



On dry land, you’ll love the cafes moments from your door and the buzzing markets, shops, restaurants and pubs of Manly.



Walkers and runners have at their feet the stunning Shelly to Manly Beach walk; Manly to the Spit Bridge hike and the North Head Sanctuary.



On the Manly Harbour side you’ll discover a different array of swimming and dining options and you can jump on a ferry across to Circular Quay and Sydney city in under 20 minutes.



Do as much or as little as you choose on your holiday in this beachside paradise where time slows and memories are made. And always keep an eye out for dolphins, whales and even seals!



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the apartment and balcony area. Please note the apartment is situated in a block of 6 units. Guests will be sent check in details and a unique code to the lockbox two days prior to their stay.



We don't have a parking space, but we do provide guests with a residents parking permit for street parking. Please note that it might be more challenging to find a car park during the day in the summer months.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment has direct waterfront access via a communal stairwell.



Please note quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. Please be mindful of our Neighbours when using the communal stairwells especially at night.



It is possible to see the Neighbours over the front balcony on the Southeastern corner as there is a shared glass balustrade joining both balconies. Please see photos for more details.



The second bedroom is accessed via the study or via the bathroom/ laundry. When the study is being used as a bedroom the second bedroom is only able to be accessed via the bathroom. Please see the plan for further information.
