Please note that some bass vibrations and music can be heard in the apartment, especially late on Saturday nights. Long Stays:
For booking of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is available. you can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full clean for $250.

We respectfully ask you to read the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware Parties are strictly not permitted. Failure to comply will lead to eviction from the premises and charges for any damages or extra cleaning.

Lost keys will result in a fine for $ 250.
No Smoking-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.

Damage & Breakages-Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements

Cleanliness-Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee

Key Replacement-Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.
