«Loved being within walking distance of everything in town! We used the car only to go up to Acadia and walked everywhere else. Showers were hot and bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was the bed or the walking, but it was the best sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Must be happiness!»

«Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. »

«I was visiting Acadia for a handful of days; I stayed in Bar Harbor the first couple of nights, and decided to split costs by staying here, a short drive away just off the island, for the rest. «I can see how this property would be nice for a family.We had a small room, and it was very small.Not what I had expected, but it was clean and neat.And I loved the downstairs area where they offered snacks.And things like s'more kits for the kids and coffee and water and everything. We had been traveling all day and it was great to grab the water and a granola bar on the way up.»

«We highly recommend this place if you are traveling with your pup. The staff were super friendly and we were amazed by how much amenities they had prepared (even for pups!) The back yard had plenty of space for dogs to run. The place was clean, cozy and just comfortable. Our dog is usually anxious with new places but he was just making himself at home in this place which was a huge relief! This stay made us absolutely love traveling with our anxious dog even more. «Location was fantastic in the middle of everything, and parking was great, especially since it was so crowded everywhere else when we were in Bar Harbor. Very much enjoyed the breakfast at Everyday Joe's downstairs. The place was clean and communications with Diwas, the owner, was prompt, courteous and efficient. Had a great stay.»
