Living/Dining Area: Smart TV, comfortable seating for 4 plus dining table, selection of books and games, wooden floors, sash window and freestanding wood burner style electric fire.
2 Bedrooms: 1) King Size bed, wooden floors, built in wardrobe, wall mounted Smart TV and sash window 2) Twin room with a pair of single beds, that can be joined together (to make another King size bed on request), sash window and drawer unit.
Bathroom: Tiled bathroom with 'P' shape bath, and shower overhead, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C.
Outside: There is an outdoor seating area, with potted plants, a table and four chairs, ideal for an alfresco supper in the summer months. The seating area is in a shared terrace, which overlooks the neighbouring parking area. Access to the property is via the terrace, via steps up to the property.

Garage: The cottage benefits from a garage which can be used to store bikes and paddle boards, and it can be used for parking small cars only (Mini, Honda Jazz, Fiat 500, Ford Fiesta). Coming into Swanage from the Wareham direction, go past the schools on your left hand side follow the road along keeping to the left on the bend. Carry on and go over the hump back bridge, keep on this road straight until you come to the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights into Rempstone Road, at the mini roundabout go left (this enters you into the one way system) carry along follow the road round to the right (past Boots) at the fork in the road, take the left hand fork onto Lower High Street (towards the Pier,this now becomes two way traffic again). Just as you go left there is a turing on your right into Taunton Road, (this is between The Ship pub and Country Corner shop), the property is located a few yards up on the left hand side. To access the garage go beyond the cottage, go left then left again into the garage area.
Parking for this property is nearby unrestricted roadside parking on a first come first served basis, please ensure to read the notices as some roads have restricted times between 15th May - 30th September. If you have a very small car, like a Fiat 500 or a Mini this can be parked in the garage if you wish to use it, however the car must be able to go right into the garage and the garage door be closed. Parking in front of the garage is not permitted.
