«This was perfect for us and kids ages 14 and 10 as opposed to a single hotel room. Spacious for us to move around and rest in between outings in London.Some great restaurants and bakeries within 5-10 min walks, and a convenience store with wine, beer etc just up the road.And Marble Arch station a mere 2 min walk. »

«This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!»

«This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel.»
