Inside this delightful home, you will appreciate the natural light and fantastic ocean views from the large open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, with oceanfront deck access. Enjoy making home-cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen, or gathering together in the spacious living room, all the while making precious memories in "Our Place". You will appreciate the convenience of 2 bedrooms located on the first level. When walking through the front door to your right you will see Bedroom #1 which is complete with a queen size bed and a private full bath (tub/shower combo). On the 2nd level you will discover the remaining 3 bedrooms. When walking up the stairs the first bedroom to your right will be Bedroom #3 which is a Master Suite with a King Size bed, and complete with a private bath (walk-in Shower). To the left of the stairway you will find Bedroom #4
with a queen size bed and breathtaking ocean views. Bedroom #4 has a private bath in hallway which is conveniently a shower/tub combo. To the left of the stairway on the street side you will see Bedroom #5 which is complete with 2 twin/double bunk bed sets with a Private bath (shower/tub combo).

Make plans for family night with games and puzzles provided! Grill your favorite foods on the charcoal grill, and take your meals outdoors to the picnic table on the covered oceanfront deck.
