«This was our first visit to Holden Beach. The house was exactly as pictured except the owner has added some very comfortable outdoor seating on the deck. We spent mornings and evenings sitting outside watching and listening to the ocean. The location was perfect for us - close to restaurants (I highly recommend Mermaids Island Grill) and Sunset Slush (Italian Ice) within a 3 minute drive along with a Public Beach access diagonally across from the driveway. «I love this place! Have stayed here twice in 6 months & will be back again. It is so peaceful to wake up to the sunrise coming up over the marsh & listening to the birds. The no wake zone makes it enjoyable to see & wave at the boaters. The large covered deck is wonderful. We spent the majority of the time sitting in the rocking chairs looking at the water. So close to fresh seafood. This is my go-to place!»

Only thing I would say that I wanted to use the coffee machine but feared to use it as it looked like it had not ben clean for quite a while. We decided to coffee hop other locations which was fun. Property was clean and nicely decorated with perfect location. Almost all the rooms provide ocean view, the balcony is large with good seating arrangements and property has direct and private beach access.
