«October 2025…Just as beautiful in the fall. The weather was perfect ranging from 75 to 70. It was my mom‘s 81st birthday. This was the first time we all vacation together. The host responded timely to our questions. The beachfront house was lovely inside and out. The beach views were beyond our expectation. The beds were very comfortable. It was sad to say goodbye. From this, we promise to do something once a year together. Thank you Summer Salt!!!»

«The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.»

«The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again. »

«Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach. »

«The property is spectacular. Check-in was very smooth. Wi-Fi worked well and everywhere. The kitchen facilities were nice for our chef, although we did provide some feedback regarding the dishwashers not drying well and other minor issues.
