The Space:
Welcome to this luxury entertainer’s paradise, or getaway retreat. Whatever the reason for your stay, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation, rejuvenation and an amazing time with family and friends.
A big drawcard to this property is the outdoor living and entertaining, with a modern heated pool (NOTE: spa jets not-functioning), built in, sunken seating area, and outdoor kitchen, all connected to the downstairs bar and living areas.
You’ll enjoy an open plan kitchen and living area, with an 8-seater dining table, large lounge and TV, and fully equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking plans may be. The high, open ceiling over the lounge adds to the feeling of space and luxury that this property clearly has.
The kitchen has a large gas cooktop, double oven, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a large butlers pantry for storage, with its own sink and coffee machine inside.
The outdoor kitchen additionally has a large BBQ and stove, bar fridge and sink. The indoor bar also has a fridge, sink and sound system – so no matter your celebration, you’ll find everything you need to entertain.
Downstairs you’ll also find:
- Airconditioning in every room.
- A large theatre room with 4 theatre seats, enormous TV and cinema style lighting.
- Double garage with extra room for storage and internal home access.
- Laundry equipped with washer, dryer, sink and working bench.
- 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, the main bathroom and additional powder room
The three downstairs bedrooms include:
1. Queen bed with ensuite – including rain head shower, vanity and toilet

3. Smaller room with double bed
The main bathroom downstairs is modern and beautifully styled, with a rain head shower, bath, and separate powder room and toilet.
Walking up the stairs, you’ll come into a seating area that overlooks the void and open ceiling over the living area. There’s also a desk and study area, with a small sink for your convenience.
Into the large master bedroom, you’ll find that this is the perfect getaway location. The large ensuite is built for both comfort and style, with a double rain shower, gorgeous oval bath and double vanity. There’s also a large walk in wardrobe, with plenty of hanging space and shelves, and a makeup station and mirror. The bed is king sized, comfortable and well styled.
The whole house is airconditioned and beautifully styled for modern living and luxury.
Throw in an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, the football fields two doors up the street and the central Sunshine Coast location, and you’ve got the perfect holiday location, whether it’s a trip for just you, your family or a whole group of friends.

The Neighborhood:
Buddina is perched centrally between Mooloolaba and Kawana along the beach. Including Point Cartwright’s cliffs, grassy hills, and the main beach along Buddina, it is the perfect beach holiday destination. Select from popular local surfing destinations, swimming areas protected from the surf, or the main beach, all available in and around Buddina.
It is only a short drive (sometimes even just a short walk!) to the Kawana Shopping centre, with a vast array of dining options, retail shops and cinemas, including gold class and VMAX options.
Another ten minutes away is the Sunshine Plaza, and the Maroochydore precinct, with even more shopping, activities and dining choices.
Alternatively, you can use this as the central hub to explore the whole Sunshine Coast, as it sits centrally with Coolum and Noosa to the North, Caloundra down South, or venture inland to the Maleny/Montville Hinterland.

Getting Around:
There is a double garage with room for an additional 2 cars on the driveway which is secured by the front gate.
Taxi and Uber are readily available. Bus stop is within walking distance of the house

Other Things to Note:
*Please not the jets for the spa are inoperable, the spa is more of an extension of the heated pool.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally
