Beecheyana North Beach House is located only 200m from the beautiful patrolled Mudjimba Beach.

The well appointed kitchen overlooks the living area which is the hub of this home. This area flows out to the entertaining deck which features a heated swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor dining

Beecheyana North has 5 bedrooms including 2 main bedrooms with ensuites, which means that 2 families can be easily accommodated.
The space
The salt water pool is solar heated all year round.

Beecheyana North is pet friendly – BYO pet bedding/furniture. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on property furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees. PLEASE NOTE that there is NO designated outdoor enclosed grassed area for your pet.

Please note that there are NO garage facilities at Beecheyana North however there is off street parking available at the property for 2 vehicles.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is in close proximity to the property and at times it can be a little noisy overhead due to aircraft traffic, so please bear this in mind when making a booking.

Beecheyana North is a holiday house and NOT a party house, therefore the property cannot be used for any parties or functions, schoolies celebrations, weddings or unlawful purposes. All NOISE is to cease by 9.30pm. Any disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise and barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your rental and forfeiture of your security bond.

Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and it is appreciated that all noise is kept to a minimum at ALL times. We have a ZERO tolerance policy to excessive noise and non-adhesion to our curfew time of 9.30pm.

Great family holiday home

The perfect home for our first holiday with the entire family and partners. Large kitchen & entertaining area for family dinners and lots of time spent in the heated pool. We actually loved watching the planes fly over being close to the airport. Highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cleanliness

A little disappointed that we needed to clean the kitchen, oven and hotplate, put all the dishes, cutlery and glasses through the dishwasher, wash the floors wipe down sticky handles. We also needed to purchase new tea towels and hand towels as the ones provided were threadbare and looked disgusting. Broken window in one of the bedrooms letting in damp air. Lastly there was mould on the walls in the two back bedrooms of which we could not use. Once we cleaned the house a little more, we enjoyed our stay. (Not too sure why we had to pay a $500 cleaning fee!)

Memorable Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren from Australia and New Zealand.We had not seen them for more than 3 years! This spacious property was ideal for a family gathering.

Fantastic house with great facilities

Great house, everything worked well, spacious clean and good facilities, loved the pool. We did notice the air traffic in the morning and evening, but the proximity to beach, shops and everything else make the location pretty hard to beat. Love a house that comes with basic pantry items and this one was great. Some bedrooms were a little warm at night but on the whole a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Great house with plenty of room, lots of TV s and good bathrooms. Very close to beach and shops. Planes fly directly over, which did not bother us, but beware if that would be an issue.

Loved the house. The pool area needed some plant trimming and the cleaning for the pool did not work. General house cleaning was good, but under the couches etc was filthy. We also had ants in the kitchen. Would have been good to know that a highchair was there, we asked about a cot and that was not available and so took portable cot and highchairs on plane.

Fabulous

My husband, myself and my sister came up for 4 nights with our dog Rosie for a long weekend away. House was amazing, well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable- beds were great also! Back deck with BBQ and pool wonderful too. Everything is within walking distance , beach, cafes, pizza and convenience stores. Overall a wonderful relaxing stay and will definitely be back - hopefully for a longer stay. Chris, Michelle & Rosie 🐾

Beautiful property on the Sunshine Coast.

I booked this stay for myself and my family to stay close to my sister's wedding venue for her wedding celebrations. It was perfect for us. Very spacious and the kitchen was well-fitted out. We all enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Needs more maintenance

OK when we arrived we found several lights not working, the range-hood won’t stay on (button faulty) and the back fly screen door fell off!! (Which I fixed) The TV remotes are confusing and when I tried to watch the rugby I had to go to the outside TV because that’s the only one with Stan etc. There are lots of signs saying No Noise after 9:30! But no-one told us it’s on a Very noisy Flight Path! When the big jets go over you can’t hear a thing! I am not too sure what the cleaners do but by the time we got to the end of the list of things to do when we left it didn’t much for the cleaners. Nice house & nice location but still a drive to the shops.

House was wonderful layout with enough space and privacy for multiple families.

furniture and appliances are very good quality. Beds and bedding very comfortable and extra blankets for lounging and colder weather. The weather was horrible during our stay torrential rain so unusually wet for May but no better house to be stuck in during bad rain we still managed to use the pool for 1 day at least and spent the rest cooking both inside and out.. Multiple tv’s God send for entertaining, men watching footy outside with few bevs, movies and game nights inside, elderly able to escape and enjoy quiet. Local shops and big shopping centres are abit far but even given the distance in warmer months with the pool and beach so close you’s be too busy enjoying the comforts of the house to worry about shopping. Lovely home would definitely book again but in the spring or summer.

Beautiful house in a good location

Beautiful property in a good location, walking distance to the beach, cafes and general store. It was great to have a pool and be close to the beach. Only negative part was that the internet dropped in and out a lot and we couldn’t get Netflix to work in the loungeroom.
