Our newly built Tiny home is awaiting you to come & enjoy what Hervey Bay has to offer.

1x king bed, 1x double sofa bed , Bathroom, kitchen, & lounge area.
Both beds have comfy bedding and a tasteful modern country décor ensuring a restful nights sleep.
Natural light streams through, or if you prefer darkness draw the blackout curtains for a nice sleep in.

Step outside into nature, sit back and chill, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

The Tiny home has a fenced entrance and driveway, ensuring your privacy and convenience.

only 3mins drive to Fraser Coast Sports Precinct, 10 mins to Hervey Bay airport, 10 mins to Stocklands shopping centre, 15 mins to K'gari ( Fraser Island ) Ferry terminal and under 15mins to Hervey Bay Beaches and cafes

The space:
Our 1 Bedroom Tiny home is separate to our main residence, the Tiny home is designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation.
Sleeps x2 adults comfortably in a King size bed and sleeps up x2 children or x1 Adult on the double size pull out sofa lounge.

Max of 4 can fit comfortably consisting of either 2 adults and 2 children or up to 3 adults.

The living area is warm and welcoming with lounge/pull out sofa and 55" Smart TV for all your streaming movies/shows ( please note you will need your own log in for streaming apps ).

The lounge opens into the Kitchen which is fully equipped with Oven/stove, microwave, large fridge, pantry and utensils for all your culinary needs.

The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet which adjoins the main bedroom and lounge / kitchen.

Step outside to hear the birds and wildlife, you may also hear some Sheep, cows and horse noises during your stay as we are an acreage suburb with most surrounding properties on 5-10 acres.

There is dog fencing fenced area for you and your family to keep you safe. PLEASE NOTE we do have a dam and sheep on our property this is why we have a designated large area fenced with dog fencing/wire for your safety. You will need to make sure your family stay within your fenced area at all times. We do lock the gates between our yard and Tiny home yard for your own safety.

You will require a car/motorbike/scooter for your transport needs as only school buses service our area in mornings. ( Uber and Taxis do service our area also )

As your Hosts we do reside on the same property which is just over 5 acres, our main home is 50 meters away so rest assured you have your own space and privacy, we may or may not be around during the day. You have your own gate and entrance to come and go as you please.

some phone providers do not have the best service when inside the Tiny home, it is best to enable wifi calling on your phone. Wi-Fi provided.
