«I wanted to stay in the Yorkville area due to my reason for visiting NYC. The hotel is easy to find and to access. Friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and functional. No USB charger must be the only thing I missed. Fitness-centre above expectation. Reception area is nice.»

«Dette var vårt første besøk til NYC! Hotellet med Irina ga oss svært god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi ankom senere enn planlagt, men det var uproblematisk. Fikk god info om innsjekking. Hotellet var rent og pent. Rommene ble vasket annen hver dag, og i tillegg når vi ba om det. Irina var svært hyggelig og hjelpsom. Særlig i forbindelse med avreisedagen. Vi fikk lov til å ha bagasjen på hotellet frem til kl 20:00. I tillegg ordnet Irina billig og komfortabel transport til JFK, som ...

«Kind, friendly staff all the way. Location is wonderfully diverse Harlem with all its ups and downs. Small suggestion: provide or sell some cheap slippers for walking the bathroom floors. Unfortunately there were some high noises coming from the radiator at times. I would stay again.»

«Hola, paso por aquí a recomendar, me he alojado por 4 días aquí y para ser un hostal la atención ha sido excelente, me colocaron cerca de un baño , me sentí muy cómoda y tranquila a un precio asequible! La ubicación estaba bien,hasta he podido dejar mi maleta después del check out por un par de horas! Lo recomiendo es excelente el lugar.»

«The room was good and spacious. The front desk staff and maintenance staff was pleasant and helpful. Noted the hotel has only been in operation for a few weeks, so there’s room for improvement. Couple of things to note - the sewage appeared to be blocked so every time we returned to the hotel, the water was murky, the toilet seat cover was broken, housekeeping did not refill shower gel and we had to remind them every day, there were no tea options (mint, herbal etc.) for the room. »
