Total luxury in the heart of Stratford upon Avon

Exquisitely finished this gorgeous Victorian townhouse is the perfect home for friends and family gatherings. A stunning house for 8 - 10 people with plenty to do if you can bring yourself to leave. Just a 5 minute stroll to the centre of historic Stratford with all its delights of restaurants, shops, theatre and Shakespeare attractions. If you prefer to stretch your legs the beautiful walks of the rolling Cotswolds are within easy reach.
Once through the front door of West Street you will find a house that has been completely refurbished to the very highest standard. The kitchen is a true delight, equipped with every utensil that any master chef might think of. Fellow guests can relax in the large corner sofa sipping a glass of Prosecco from the welcome hamper and then glide seamlessly to the beautiful oak table to enjoy family meals. When the weather permits the bifold doors can be opened out to enjoy the terrace and garden. There is a large tower in the private garden more befitting the folly of a country estate. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor dining when you can. There are two beautifully appointed sitting rooms one with large screen TV linked to Netflix, the second a quiet space to plan adventures for your stay or just chat and relax away from everyday hectic life. In addition there is a guest toilet and utility room. Take a bag of popcorn down to the games and cinema room where there is a PS3 console and large wall mounted TV where you can sit back and enjoy a movie, plenty of bean bags are provided.
On the first floor are three large bedrooms the master with super kingsize bed and stunning oak topped furniture. The second is a kingsize and the third can be either twin beds or zipped together to make a super kingsize. There is a beautiful family bathroom, either soak in the roll top bath or enjoy the rainwater effect walk-in shower. In addition to the bathroom there is a separate toilet.
Stairs rise to the final bedroom suite with a further super kingsize bed and separate shower room. All bedrooms have hairdryers and guest toiletries are provided.
Please note that no hen or stag parties are allowed. It is a quiet residential area not suitable for noisy groups.

Outstanding house in the heart of Stratford!!!

Remarkable huge house with walking distance to town, river, Dirty Duck and all the Stratford sites. Immaculately clean,well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could need. Gourmet kitchen - great gathering spot for all the family. Becky was a great host and took care of our every need .highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Stratford. The house exceeded my expectations. There was everything one would need. Easy walk into town. There was 9 of us including there children under 5. The garden was a big hit with them. We know where we will stay when we come back to Stratford.

Perfect stay in Stratford

This property is amazing. Everything has been thought of in terms of comfort, luxury, and beauty. We should have stayed longer! It's the ideal location for exploring Stratford on foot. It even had video games etc., for the kids. Make sure to ask for alternate parking instructions/directions before you arrive- we found it, as Americans, much easier not to try to park in front of the unit on the (by American standards) narrow street and found parking a few blocks away much easier. However it was a busy holiday when we arrived, so it is probably much easier to navigate the street parking in front of the unit on different days and times. Book a stay here and you will not be disappointed!

All round excellence

Everything about this place was top quality. Location for sightseeing in Stratford, quality of the facilities, ease of booking in and out, parking permits supplied - everything made this an ideal property. The kids appreciated the games room - big screen, Playstation - and we enjoyed the quiet rooms! The kitchen had everything we needed too. And a special mention must go to Becky for the help and information she provided before and during our stay. Thank you!

Great house in Stratford Upon Avon

We thoroughly enjoyed a two night stay at this beautiful, spacious house. The house was perfect for our group of 7 adult friends. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen space which is just as good as it looks on the photographs and very well equipped. The location is ideal for exploring everything Stratford has to offer. We were only a short stroll away from the shops, restaurants and theatres. Overall we had a lovely time and would highly recommend this property.

A Perfect Family Reunion In A Perfect Property

From the moment we chose the property through to the moment we checked out the experience has been exceptional. Firstly Becky, the host of the propoerty is incredibly attentive and responsive. The welcome pack is full of great information and it helped with all the prior organization This was the first time we had the family back together after 2.5 years due to Covid so it was incredibly important that the house and the location met that expectation The house is in a great location within walking distance to down town (even for the 70+ year olds in our family). We spent most if not all of the time in the spacious kitchen/diner/lounge area and it was ample space for the 11 of us to celebrate the reunion. On the Sunday we cooked a big family reunion dinner and all of the appliances, crockery, utensils, pots and pans were all super clean and in great working order Bedrooms and baths are all super clean and incredibly well decorated. Garden is pristine and I am hoping the next time we stay will be the summer months where we can make the most of it Super, Super, Super! Thanks Becky

Just the best!

The house was perfect for a reunion of 5 friends,enough space for us all with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed the large open plan well equiped kitchen/dining/living room which had great bi-fold doors leading out to the garden which was perfect for a sunny weekend. There were another 2 beautiful furnished rooms to relax in,plus the cellar cinema room! The house is so much bigger than you would expect and was perfectly situated for walking into Stratford-upon -Avon to enjoy all it has to offer. We would love to come back sometime!

Absolutely amazing stay

This is the first time my family of 8 have rented accommodation. I have to say I had lots of questions for the host Becky. She was fabulous, came back to me really quickly answering all my queries. The house was furnished to a really highly standard, the kitchen was amazing, it had everything we wanted and more, none of that self catering rubbish where you get 4 plates, 4 cups and 4 sets of cutlery. There was everything you could wish for. The garden was fabulous and we were lucky with the weather we sat outside every evening. We walked into town most days, this was less than a five minute walk. I thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you so much Becky for an amazing stay. We have highly recommended you to our friends and would not hesitate to book with you again.
