«Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. «We had such an amazing 5 nights here! We were 11 ladies visiting to celebrate a few of our 50th bdays! The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Any issues we had were immediately resolved. Property management company is on it! The outdoor space is perfect to relax, enjoy the pool and play some games. We will definitely come back!»

«We had a great time in Scottsdale watching our son in the PAC 12 tournament. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. «Very nice 3 bedroom home. It was clean and well equipped with a couple of minor upgrades needed. As others have stated the pool is cold even when it was 95 out and please note there are no pool lights or direct lights on pool so after dark swimming is a little risky. Kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast pots and pans are very old. It would be helpful to have an information sheet about things like washer/dryer, light switches (on a remote) and parking procedures etc. the neighborhood was ...

«This beautiful home is exactly as listed. From the first moment we entered the house we felt right at home. This house has everything you would need for a relaxing time. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of dishes. It has top of the line appliances, which includes a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date and are very fresh and clean. «Extended family meeting for niece graduation! They live in nearby neighborhood so our spot was great for the occasion. We did cook a few times and the kitchen was well stocked! High school and college cousins were able to hang out together with the grown ups comfortable as well! Super cool neighborhood and the property was great!»

«This was a great experience - stayed for my son’s graduation. The house was clean and true to description and pictures. We enjoyed the pool and backyard. I would have given an overall 5 but there were issues with the dishwasher not working and they weren’t able to arrange for someone to come out while we were there. We worked around it - other than that, great experience!»

«The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.»
