«We had a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms, baths, and family rooms were very clean and well supplied. Unfortunately, a couple of things were left unattended. The refrigerator was not wiped out. It didn't appear to be sanitized. The coffee maker needed descaling, so the carafe and the pods were unusable. The backyard was plenty large for our dog to chase her ball and play. We did clean up several dried piles of dog poop before letting her out. Thanks, Jessica, for an enjoyable stay.»

«We stayed Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing or the approximately 1,000 price. There was trash piled up in the garage when we arrived, and I had to notify the homeowner. Only then did she ask to enter the property because the HOA could fine her if the trash cans were left out. This should have been communicated and handled proactively, especially if access was needed for an early-morning trash run after guests had already checked in.The listing ...

«The house was beautiful and everything was awesome. There were what looked like spilled rocks on the deck and the cushions to the deck furniture. We’re all on the ground. The placemats on the dining room table had food on them, and there were some pieces of stuff on the ground but other than that, everything was nice and clean and fun and great! We had an amazing time and the house fulfilled all of our needs. It was very comfortable and the entertainment was great. Thanks!!! »
