🛗 The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.



🅿️ Nearby (about 100 meters away) are the public parking lots Gutenberg and Austerlitz (about 800 meters away).



🏡 The entire apartment will be yours. Always with the goal of making your stay as comfortable as possible: 🧹 cleaning will be done, 🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and a bedding set for the sofa bed will be available, 🧼 clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel, 📶 free Wi-Fi connection.

House rules: 🚭 This is a non-smoking property. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs,any other smoking devices is prohibited. 🚭 Smokingusing a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ for additional cleaning costs.



⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.



🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and sanitation of the facilities. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to wash and store the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the apartment. If you prefer not to take care of this, you can pre-order a “full cleaning” service for the apartment for 30€. If this option is not reserved in advance and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of 60€ for additional cleaning fees will be charged.



📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
