This home combines modern comfort with warm, authentic details. You’ll find several living rooms, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in firepit, a fireplace in the lounge, a wine cellar, and a garden room with heaters and lights that create an atmospheric setting for groups.

Plenty of space for everyone: 5 bedrooms + a loft living room with flexible sleeping arrangements. In total there are 15 sleeping places (soon more), making the villa ideal for both families and larger groups.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed 180x200 (2 guests)
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed 180x200 + comfortable sofa bed 140x200 (up to 4 guests)
• Bedroom 3: King-size bed 180x200 (2 guests)
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed 120x200 + 90x200 (2–3 guests: 2 adults or up to 3 children) – extra bed coming soon
• Bedroom 5: Double bed 150x200 (2 guests, max height approx. 180 cm due to sloped ceiling)
• Loft living room: Daybed (90x200) + sofa bed 140x200 (3 guests)

Total: 15 sleeping places – soon more when the extra bed is ready.

There’s room for everyone to dine together at the large dining table, relax in several cozy lounges, and enjoy 2.5 bathrooms for comfort and privacy. High-speed Starlink internet (100–200 Mbps download / 10–30 Mbps upload) makes it easy to stream, game, or combine a getaway with remote work.
