«The hotel area is very nice and food is excellent. However the room was very poor. It was small, had a large low beam right across the access areas of the room that is impossible to avoid. The room was freezing when I arrived and the TV didn't work, despite the best efforts of the staff»

«We stayed here 2 nights whilst visiting the area, what a great find. The accommodation is in a separate building set behind the pub in the beer garden..the room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom. We had our evening meals in the pub and also breakfast, what fantastic food, 10/10 and the service from the owners and their team was first class.
Thankyou. Nog Inn..»

«The staff were pleasant, the room was nicely decorated and in the heat of the summer was the only hotel room on our trip with a heat exchanger to cool it down and we certainly appreciated that. It was in a nice setting and overall we were very satisfied.»

«The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and filling. With tasty bread sausages and bacon. The staff were very helpful. I had to ask for help to switch the shower off as it seemed to get stuck. Unfortunately I was not able to use the pool and sauna as closed for maintenance. That had been what had attracted me to the property in the first place! Great location and easy walk to Gold Hill.»

«Unfortunatly the Pecking Mill Inn was in need of a good clean. Very dated and forgotton. There were beer pumps but not in use. Cans were poured into our glasses and price was not cheaper. Food was on offer but we chose not to beat. Room was unclean. Did not use shower.
Geoff was a lovely host and welcomed us.»

«Flott pub med god mat, fine rom og svært hyggelig betjening.
Enkelt å få parkert og det var også en ladestasjon for elbil rett over veien.
Vi valgte å ta ei ekstra natt her, og drog på landsby besøk til Lacock og Castle Combe, etter anbefaling fra verten vår. Absolutt nydelige små engelske byer ❤️. »

«Lovely quiet spot, great for having a drink in the garden after a day out.
Pet friendly which was great. The dog was able to stay in the room and go in the bar too which was nice. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. The bathroom was clean but not a deep clean level as there was dust and grime around the toilet. The towels were plentiful and clean. The bedding was clean but the divan itself had a stain as ...
