«Perfect reception with quick check-in and convenient parking. Great location on South Bank, in the heart of the city. Spacious room for four and a fantastic rooftop pool, although there were few available sunbeds. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast.»

«Hjelpsom og vennlig personale. Flott frokostbuffé. Reint, ryddig og fint. Meget hyggelig personale»

«Everything was excellent.»

«Fint hotell. Bra beliggenhet God frokost»

«The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters, ...

«The Lancaster may have a few years on her, but the owners have kept it very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk for food, groceries and the bottle shop. Considering it's on the main road, it's relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's great value for the price. I'd stay again if the need arises.»

«Har reist mye de siste årene, men maken til denne opplevelsen er det heldigvis sjelden jeg har hatt. Hotellet i seg selv er nok en firestjerner det stemmer bra. Servicen derimot burde hatt minus en, det hjalp ikke om de byttet personell det var utrolig hvor lLITE hjelpsomme de var. Kunne skrevet en liten bok om dette, men sier det enkelt betyr service noe hold deg unna !!»

«We are satified this apartment hotel. I would like to stay there again next time.»

«Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place.»

«The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed. Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.»

«Positives , the view over the River was spectacular especially at night. The motorway noise was awful. Pool area was shabby no cushions on the Sun loungers or umbrellas, not ideal to sit and relax .location was great handy to lots of cafes bars, supermarket not far . Mins to the ferry .»

«they make you read out your credit card details for the whole plaza to hear. instead of just a booking number. they don't tell you how the information is stored or destroyed. just stay away and spend your money elsewhwre. never met such FAKE receptionists in my life»

«Great place to stay! Perfect hosts Bryce and Lindsay made our stay feel relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a stay!»

«Meget hjelpsomt personale som bare ønsket oss det bet beste. Kjempedigert rom som også var renslig. Stille og rolig strøk.»
